Recording King ROS-9-FE5-TBR. In my 50+ years of playing guitars, I have always appreciated the comfort of the 000 size guitars. Big enough to have a full sound, but small enough to not create shoulder pain when playing in a 2-hour long jam session. When Recording King offered a special on this model guitar, I thought it was a good time to offer a nice 000 size guitar to budget minded players. The neck is mahogany with a 25-7/16” scale rosewood fretboard. The back and sides are made from laminated “whitewood” and the top is X-braced solid Sitka spruce with a vintage style sunburst finish. A Fishman Presys EQ pickup is built in to the guitar for easy amplification. Tone is precise with a strong mid-range. And with our obsessive set up, it plays like a dream. One of the good ones. Not the dream where you realize you forgot to go to algebra class all semester. The price is $400 and includes a sturdy Recording King branded CG-250K-000 gig bag.
