New Recording King RPS-11-FE3-TBR
New Recording King RPS-11-FE3-TBR. One of the last Recording King guitars to leave The Music Link’s warehouse, and happens to be from my favorite series of Recording King guitars. The 11 series was manufactured with a mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard and bridge, solid mahogany back and sides, a solid Sitka spruce top and coated with their Zero-VOC, environmentally friendly, matte finish. This model also includes a factory installed Fishman Sonitone Pickup. The size of this particular 12 fret neck guitar is what The Music Link called a Parlor size, but with the 13-3/4” lower bout, it is closer to what is commonly known as an O size. The tone is warm with good volume, making it a great guitar to use in a small jam session, a little bit of couch playing, or on stage, plugged in to the Sonitone pickup. Though a new instrument, I did notice a few minor neck dings that you probably wouldn’t notice, except I just brought your attention to them. Price for this guitar is $375 and includes a Recording King gigbag with an embroidered logo.
